This site does not use third-party trackers, does not sell anyone's data, and only collects information you choose to give it.

What is collected

  • If you subscribe to the newsletter: your first name and email address, plus which page you signed up from.
  • If you send a message through the contact form: your name, email, optional phone, and the message itself.
  • If you download a checklist or audit: your name and email if the download asked for them.
  • Aggregate server logs: a hashed version of your IP address, the page you requested, and the time of the request. Used for security and abuse prevention. No behavioral tracking.

What is NOT collected

  • No third-party analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.).
  • No advertising or retargeting cookies.
  • No fingerprinting or cross-site tracking.
  • No data sold or shared with third parties.

Email service providers

When you subscribe or send a message, your information is processed by the services that handle email delivery (currently Resend) and data storage on Adair's behalf. Those providers process data under contracts that prohibit them from using the data for any purpose other than running this site.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
  • Request deletion of your contact-form message, newsletter subscription, or download record by sending a note through the contact form. Removed within 30 days.
  • Ask any question about how your information is handled through the same form.
